This poem was inspired by the three kisses me and the hubz exchange every morning before parting ways. It used to be just one kiss like normal people, but somewhere between engagement and marriage , it jumped to 3 kisses. I like to think of each one kiss standing for the past, present, and future. I always know when something is amiss or needs to be addressed in our marriage if I only get one or two kisses.... I think, "Where's my kiss for our future?"
